front desk service was awesome very welcoming.Location is great and rooms are pretty decent my stay there was awesome
For the price they charge and the fact there are no extra pet fees you get so much for the money. The main building has a full kitchen with full size fridge and oven/stove. These are not things that should be taken for granted, especially if staying for an extended period of time. The front desk staff have all been kind and helpful. Repairs if needed are done promptly. Bathrooms were recently upgraded and beautiful. The proximity to I-4, Winter Park and Downtown make for a great location as well. Would recommend for sure.
My family and I have been residents here for over a year now and I have to say, the staff is always amazing and very helpful. They have always fixed any issues we have had in our room and the service is top notch! Not to mention, the surrounding residents there really are a community and look out for one another! I would highly recommend anyone to enjoy their stay here! Ms. Isabel has made our stay delightful! Great job Countryside we love y'all!
Just moved in. The rooms are really spacious. The people at the front desk are very nice. It's also great that they are pet friendly too.
I love this hotel. The rooms are clean. The staff is so lovely and supportive. Maintenance staff is awesome. The housekeepers are so friendly and efficient. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. The price for the rooms are incredible. Give this place 10 stars if I could.

Been staying for 6+ months, haven't had any problems or complaints, great staff and maintenance crew, anything that arises they make sure to fix it in a timely manner and are available day and night, have enjoyed my stay and will continue to enjoy my stay
The staff here are really great, always around when needed, doing whatever is necessary to help with any issues. They are very accommodating. The rooms are spacious and clean. Security is good, it's usually quiet all the time and they're very respectful of my privacy.

I have been staying here for a while, and the grounds are clean, rooms are nice, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They have security on the premises in the evenings. However, this property is very well lit, and I always feel safe. Parking is good and they are PET FRIENDLY!
